Top Class Education staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are aware of how difficult it can be to deal with cover at 6pm on a Sunday evening when a staff member becomes unwell. We are on hand to assist you! Not only will we be on the end of the phone but we will also fill the booking for you so that you are able to carry on with your evening.
Integrity and honesty are of paramount importance to us, as is the welfare and safeguarding of your children is at the forefront of our when providing you the very best education staff. We will always be guided by the Department of Education standards to deliver above and beyond what you would expect from any agency.
We are not governed by shareholder dividends or huge profit margins; we simply want to provide an excellent service that is like no other.
One of the incentives we offer to all schools is an opportunity to advertise any permanent or long term vacancy (that provides the teacher with a contract) onto our website job board completely free of charge. Not only do we state your school name and contact details, we also actively promote this page out to all of our teachers and across our non-registered teacher network. This allows teachers to apply direct without going through an agency and without the school being charged a fee.
If at any point you actively invite Top Class Education to source teachers for you, we have access to all of the major job boards where we can not only advertise your position but also actively search out suitable teachers for you. If you go on to offer to one of the teachers via this method, only then would we charge a fee. You can register your vacancy HERE. Once again our fees are not governed by huge profit margins; therefore our rate is extremely favourable and much lower than the industry average.
We are able to offer these favourable rates as we do not have massive overheads or lavish premises, we are a conservative company that provides a unique and specialist bespoke service to the schools and teachers.
We work closely with many Universities to assist NQT’s in their first teaching positions. Continuity is essential for any school, and any supply teacher that has excelled and fitted well into your school, will always be at the top of our list when you require cover again, pending availability.
We will always aim to understand the needs of our schools, and our teaching staff, so that we can match suitable teachers in their subject or key stage area effectively.
Top Class Education has a large bank of Nursery, Foundation, KS1,2,3 ,4 and SEN teachers as well as Cover Supervisors, Teaching Assistants, EFL teachers and Office Administrators all of which are fully registered and vetted to the highest standard possible.
Feedback is an essential part of building working relationships, so we will always gain feedback from the teachers that we place in any new school. We will also gain a reference from a school on the new teacher placed; therefore you can always be assured that we will monitor the teacher’s performance whilst they are registered with them.
Our professionalism and experience is built on forming and maintaining excellent relationships with both schools and teachers.
- All of our checks are carried out in compliance with DFE guidelines and all candidates will go through the following full check and vetting procedure. Candidates who fail to meet all expectations below will NOT be cleared to work in our Schools and Education establishments.
- All candidates will be fully screened over the telephone in the first instance
- All candidates will have a full in-depth interview with one of our experienced consultants
- All candidates will have a full identity check and proof of address
- All documents we view will only ever be original documentation including their qualifications
- A full enhanced disclosure and barring service check
- We will check all candidates for their eligibility to work in the UK
- We will check a minimum of two references that cover a recent two year period (up to the current day)
- All candidates will have to be signed off by our two compliance managers prior to clearing our system.
All of our candidates receive an ID card on clearance that they will be required to carry these throughout the school day. All ID cards will show the teachers name, a photograph and clearance status.
Our specialist team of consultants will build relationships with all of our teaching and non-teaching candidates which helps us when it comes to placing them in our schools.
